What kind of warranty do you offer?

We offer a lifetime warranty on our walls, tubs, & shower bases. Our labor and craftsmanship has a one year warranty, which is standard in residential construction. Shower heads and valves are subject to manufacturer warranties.

Can you provide references or photos of past bathtub or shower remodels you have completed?

Absolutely! We have a lot of examples on our social media, but can provide specific shower photos/video if you need inspiration. We've got quite a collection of examples after 9 years building baths!

 

How do you handle any unexpected issues that arise during the remodel?

We have come across almost every imaginable setback over the years, so we always have extra materials and equipment in our work trailers to account for any problems. The price we give you includes any unanticipated issues that could arise in a standard 48-60" shower.

 

Do you install new fixtures like faucets, shower heads, and drains as part of the remodel?

Yes to all! We'll replace your old drain, so that it's flowing fast. You'll get a new modern shower head, and/or faucet. Many homeowners also choose to have a hand wand sprayer installed.
